Damrong Pinkoon started his
RESTER massage chair business
in 1998 when he was 26 years old
His vision was to build a Thai brand
for the people of Thailand,
focusing on innovative technology that helps
with health.
Today, RESTER massage chairs
have about 55% of
the market share
in this industry.
This is about marketing using "CSR,"
which means Corporate Social Responsibility.
It's a way for a company to show
they care about society
by helping people.
For example,
the company gave 700 umbrellas
to the vendors on Khaosan Road.
The Deputy Governor of Bangkok
was there to accept the umbrellas for them.
To make many streets in Bangkok
look beautiful and have a unified style,
they gave another 400 umbrellas
to the vendors around Lumphini Park.
They also give sports equipment
to schools in the countryside
and donate books to many libraries
all over the country.
Over the last 10 years,
they have given free talks
more than 36 times,
called "Potential of Thought"
and "Walk With Me,"
to help guide and inspire
the younger generation.

About his work:
Damrong Pinkoon is a consultant who holds workshops to teach business strategy and management. He is great at inspiring people because he was a self-made millionaire before he was 30 years old.
He created special courses for companies to help inspire their workers and improve their skills. His method uses Neuroscience, which is the study of the brain, to help people develop "Positive Thinking." This helps both the employees and the company become more successful.
